On Thursday, February 3rd 2022, City of Brandon Mayor Rick Chrest proclaimed February as Black History Month, an initiative that was led by Councillor Sunday Frangi. At the ceremony, Mayor Chrest and Councillor Frangi presented this proclamation to Westman Immigrant Services (WIS).
