Summer Camps 5 – Ages 6-8

Getting Ready for Kindergarten

Westman Immigrant Services 1001 Pacific Ave, Brandon

August 9, 10, 11 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Activities for children and information for families about entering Kindergarten and the Canadian school system. This program is for parents who have children entering kindergarten ONLY in September. Healthy snacks provided. Language support available for those who qualify. Reading with Me: A Family Literacy Program

Tuesdays, August 9, 16, 23, 30 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm   A family literacy program for parents supporting their child’s early childhood education through reading and storytelling. For children ages 2 – 6. Language and transportation available for those who qualify. To register, call or text 204-441-2787. These sessions will take at the Brandon Public Library. Programs are available to Permanent Resident card holders.
